Strong, well made, great price!
This set has exercises and is much better made than some of the thin ones I see all the time. It’s amazing and yes it can make you sore. Great for yoga, stretching or recovery. The strap is made like old fashioned seatbelts. I think you could hang it like a swing, it is sturdy. Well worth it. I uses it all the time. Love this well made little tool.

Makes stretching so much easier. I took my son’s with us to physical therapy because they were using aids that made it a bit more difficult for people with mobility issues. The PT ended up ordering some to use at the facility. Great stitching and durability.

Great yoga strap
This is a great yoga/stretching strap! Multiple loops allow for various degrees of stretching. Your hands can also be placed in any of the loops, eliminating the need to loop the strap around your hands.

After my knee replacements, the PT used a similar strap. The difference in progress was remarkable, so I bought one. It is strong, the loops are stable and well-placed. The neoprene ends are truly comfortable! I will add that the equipment is only as good as the effort put in – BUT this strap is up to whatever you can throw at it. Very satisfied!

I have recently bought this product, and the booklet was important to me in order to learn how to do the exercises.To my surprise, the product came with a booklet in German instead of English. There was no warning anywhere stating this, an because I don’t speak German it makes it useless :(If this is also important to you, be advised.
