Very Little Resistance
I’m struggling with these Resistance Bands for one important reason. They provide little to no resistance. They’re advertised as possessing varying degrees of poundage resistance, but for the life of me I can’t discern a bit of difference among the five colors, each of which purports to range from 10-30 pounds. As my photo shows, they’re all the same length and appear to be identical in all ways other than their color.I got creative and tied a knot in one in order to shorten and create more resistance. It worked somewhat better, but still not at all what I’d consider useful exercise/stretching. Perhaps more finagling such as anchoring one end to something a distance away?They look great, but provided little of the resistance I was anticipating.
