    Very comfortable sports bra!
I am so happy with this Adidas Optime Essentials Medium Support Sports Bra! This is designed for comfort during strenuous or light workouts. I love how it is made with light materials where they can get away with it, but supportive material where you need it. It has a nice double layer with built in padding that stays put, yet they leave a small cut out between the girls with a more mesh material for a little more airflow to keep you cooler. The back is made with the same mesh-like material for maximum breathability and it has a nice cut out with no material below the racerback part to keep you even cooler. The band at the bottom is wide and very comfortable.I also feel like the medium support is key for me. My previous sports bras have been so compressive that it literally hurts to pull it off over my head because it squeezes my shoulders so much that it is painful. This is the first one that I have owned that holds everything in place during a run or workout but doesn’t hurt to take off. It also runs true to size and looks great with the 3-stripe design. I also feel like it is reasonably priced, making it a great value.

Right Bra At The Right Time!
I never thought I’d be writing a review like this, but here we are. After a recent rib injury, this adidas Women’s Optime Essentials 3-Stripes Medium Support Bra has been an absolute lifesaver — and quite literally the only thing I can comfortably wear right now.The fabric is smooth, supportive, and gently compressive without squeezing or digging in, which is critical when your ribs are tender. The wide band provides stability without pressure, and the overall construction feels secure yet forgiving. No pinching, no sharp seams, no “get this off me immediately” moment.Support is just right for everyday wear, light movement, or simply existing comfortably — which at the moment is the goal. The straps stay put, the fit is flattering, and it doesn’t rub or irritate sensitive areas. It feels like it’s holding everything in place without reminding you it’s there.Honestly, this bra deserves a standing ovation. If you’re sore, healing, or just want reliable comfort with quality construction, this one is a winner.

    comfortable choice
Slipping this adidas Optime bra on for my workouts has been a comfortable choice, with the medium support holding everything steady during runs and yoga without digging in or restricting movement. The fabric wicks sweat well, keeping me dry through intense sessions, and the 3 Stripes design adds a classic sporty look that pairs nicely with my leggings great for feeling confident from gym to errands. The adjustable straps and band let me dial in the fit perfectly, and after two weeks of regular use, it’s held up without stretching out or losing elasticity, washing clean without fading. Overall, it’s a reliable option for medium-impact activities, delivering consistent support and breathability with a style that motivates me to move.

Great Support, Comfortable Fit, and Stylish
I’m really happy with this adidas Women’s Optime Essentials 3-Stripes Medium Support Bra. It offers just the right amount of support for workouts like strength training, cycling, and fitness classes without feeling restrictive. The material is soft, stretchy, and breathable, keeping me comfortable even during longer workouts. The fit is true to size, and the band stays in place without rolling or digging in. I also love the classic 3-Stripes design—it looks sporty and stylish enough to wear on its own or under a tank. The moisture-wicking fabric does a great job of keeping sweat under control.Overall, this is a reliable, well-made sports bra that combines comfort, support, and a clean athletic look. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a medium-support bra for everyday workouts.

    Too small
Sizing is way too small.I got a size larger than I usually do and still could not fit this!

  6. Amazon Customer

    Supportive Bra-Runs Small.
Comfortable, durable, and supportive bra; however, it runs small and does not fit me properly. I would recommend sizing up.

  7. FREYA

Don’t recommend if you have a wide ribcage but a smaller cup size
This is obviously a high-quality, well-made sports bra, but the band is very tight and it’s not comfortable for me. I checked the size chart before ordering and size L fit my measurements, but the bra is just too tight. The cups are pretty large, though, so I assume that sizing up would increase the cup size as well, and that would be an issue for me too. So this bra won’t work for everyone. If you have a wide ribcage but a smaller cup size like me, I don’t think it’s for you. The bra is not so stretchy enough to accommodate the wider ribcage.

Fits true to size and provides great support!
I really love this sports bra! It’s medium support, which I think is an accurate description. One common issue I find with sports bras is that they don’t come up high enough around my underarms which causes a lot of “spillage” and makes me feel insecure. I do not have that issue with this bra! Adidas is known for having high quality products, and this bra is no exception. It’s very stretchy but also fits snug in order to provide the support you need. I would absolutely recommend it!
