This kettle bell was just as I expected. The bell is painted and provides good grip while working out. I do feel a slight ridge where I hold it but it doesn’t affect performance. It is not jagged. Overall I thought it way a good quality kettle ball at a reasonable price. I’ve used it for over two years.
