At first i didnt get the hype.
I’ve heard to try apple cider before, but who wants to drink that stuff? I didn’t even know they made it in pill form. I came across these and price was good, so I thought why not.. I’ve been taking these for about 3 weeks now, I don’t exercise other than walking at work, and I haven’t changed my eating habits –i have been trying to drink more water though–anyways, -ive lost about 6 lbs so far. I’ve also noticed that I’m not as bloated feeling and I don’t feel like I’m holding on to water weight like I usually do. Before these pills, if it was about to be my time of the month, I can easily gain up to 4 to 6 lbs in just water weight. It’s a few days before and I haven’t had any changes to my weight lol. Definitely going to keep buying these.

Consume with food, as instructed
Overall, I’m quite pleased with this product pick. I looked at MANY options before deciding on this one. Any time I look for any kind of supplement, one of my biggest things to look for is the serving size. Some bottles come with (120) capsules, but you need to take (4) two times a day. I don’t have the time, nor commitment for those kinds of serving sizes. I only will purchase supplements where I can take one capsule a day or at most two capsules once a day. This brings (60) capsules and it’s suggested use is to take (2) capsules once a day, which is manageable for me. They are coated by the capsule so they do not really taste or smell of anything.The suggested use also instructs to consume with food. I definitely recommend you abide by those instructions, as well as it being a sufficient amount of food. I’ve noticed if I eat a snack with it, as opposed to something more significant, soon after I’ll feel a warming, burning pain in my stomach at the top. I don’t suffer from Acid Reflux but I’d imagine this is what it might feel like. I usually have my first meal of the day with these and drink 1-2 bottles of water after to prevent that burning feeling from happening. If you consume with food as it suggests, you should be fine.

Made Me Nauseated
This Apple Cider Vinegar capsules was easy to swallow and a great price, but I tried taking them for a week and each day it made me nauseous and about to throw up and caused my stomach to ache. I also tried taking after I had eaten and the sickness, nausea and stomach pain lasted longer. I even tried just taking just one and I was still sick. I have taken other vinegar capsules before and I have never gotten that crazy weird sickness. It just not working for me.

They really work
I started taking these when diet and exercise weren’t getting me very far and I’ve doubled my weight loss since taking them! I’m not as hungry anymore, and (I’m not 100% sure if these are the reason) I’m not as tired. I have more energy and overall feel better than I have in a long time. My only complaint is the taste, but it’s not a lingering taste so it’s not as bad as it could be. Overall a great product!

Serious adverse reaction
I had high hopes for these pills. I take a ACV concoction most days, but due to my work schedule, often I can’t get food on my stomach in a timely manner. I thought the pills were perfect as I could take them at work at my convenience 30 minutes before my meal. Each time (3x) I took the pills, I got an annoying stomach ache and my stomach blew up like I was gassy. The last time was very scary and as I type this, my stomach is still cramping and VERY bloated. 15 minutes after taking the pills my stomach felt like nothing that I can explain. I suddenly felt like I was about to pass out. I ran to the restroom to try to gather myself, which was futile. For 45 minutes I laid in a corner sweating in excruciating pain. My stomach swelled to the point that I thought it was going to burst. That is not an exaggeration. 30 minutes into this I threw up, but still no relief. Suffice it to say that I have already returned them. I am not sure what the deal is because I have been drinking ACV for a few years with no side effects. If you try them, pay attention to how your body reacts to the first dose.

Great Supplement – Easy to Take and Reasonably Priced
I like the price and the ease to take the supplements. That is important to me, and no taste which is equally important because other ACV supplements had horrible tastes which made me not want to take it.
