I LOVE these. They work so well, and theyre not TOO heavy, but they get the job done. I wear them around the house all day and it feels like exercising without trying. Next time i want the 2lbs!

Comfortable, easily adjusted, secure. Perfect starter weights. Sufficiently comfortable that, after progressing to something heavier for workouts, you might even want to use these as “almost all the time” ankle weights. Because the way they are shipped is NOT the way you will use them, how to put them on may be a bit less than obvious until you read the instructions.

These are nice enough but they’re quite bulky. Not really something you can have under a pant leg. Looks kind of like you have a monitor on.
