Beautiful, easy to use, and effective
I looked at these ankle/arm weights for about a year. Because of the price I passed and thought what do I care what they look like? I work out alone in my house! I bought much cheaper weights which soon had frayed Velcro and looked worn quickly. These Bala bangles are so sleek and pretty it was worth the money even just for myself at home. They are easy to put on and take off. They hold in place beautifully, I’m in love

Worth it!
These are great for any type of workout. I usually use them on my ankles when I’m on the treadmill or on my wrists for an arm workout. I love the sleek look of them and the velcro is quite sturdy and holds up during workouts.

Fine but uncomfortable
I use these for my workouts, but if there not in the ankle area correctly they can be a bit uncomfortable. It’s nice that you can remove little weights to adjust the total weight.

Great for seniors
These weights are perfect for everyone. Especially for seniors who have fingers that don’t grip as well to hold onto conventional weights. I purchased the 2lb weights. This is just enough to strengthen arm movement without straining your muscles or tendons. Easy to put on. Any movement you do is going to help. I highly recommend.

Loved the ease of use. They are not bulky and the little mesh bag the cone in is cool. Strap them onto my ankles takes away the need to carry them in my gym bag. Looking to buy one more pair for my wrists.

I bought these mostly for walking and light workouts. They definitely look nicer than traditional ankle/wrist weights – the design is sleek and they come in great colors – but functionally, they’re just okay. They’re comfortable enough to wear, but I did notice they can feel a bit warm and sweaty (I’m sure all of these types of bands do!)Who it’s for: If you want cute, Instagram-worthy weights that encourage you to move more, you’ll love them. if you wanna save money and buy a cheaper alternative, I don’t think you’ll notice the difference
