I started taking this prebiotic fiber a few weeks ago, and honestly, I can feel a difference. It doesn’t taste bad and mixes easily in water or juice. I feel less bloated after meals and lighter overall. I take it every day, and so far I really like it.

Great taste and easy to drink
I actually really love this powder mix. It’s one of the only mixes that actually tastes good and works. Gentle enough to use everyday. Would be a great daily addition for anyone using GLP-1The only downside is the price seems high.

Not bad, but not the best either.
The flavor is surprisingly good, though it is extremely sweet. I believe stevia is used as a sweetener. I find that I can only consume it when fresh lemon is added to mitigate the sweetness. Regarding its effectiveness, I noticed a change during the initial days of use, but after consistently taking it for a couple of weeks, it no longer seemed to have the same effect for me.

The only thing I can say about this Benefiber is that it does taste really good it’s not very sweet unlike how some people say but you know everybody taste buds is very differently I just received it yesterday so I can’t say exactly that it works great but I’m going to give it some weeks but overall the quality is definitely something I can stick with

Superb movements
Does what it says, includes fibers and greens nutrients for digestion. Backed by a brand I can trust isn’t selling me cornmeal. After a week of taking the product I could tell a difference of movements and was a great bonus to get the micronutrients from the greens powders. Think in the future I’d just stick to a fiber supplement but wanted to try this out.Taste isn’t half bad, ice cold water in a shaker 8-12oz shake and down it.I’d suggest taking half scoops or so to prepare your body for the extra fiber if you don’t regularly intake a lot of fiber.
