My honest opinion –
Comfortable, effective, easy to put on
These are exactly what one needs for wrist support. The neoprene inner layer is soft and comfortable and is easy to put on. The outside strap then wraps around the wrist for support you can adjust and modify. The stitching and design is quality, as are the materials. The support can be adjusted from mild to more than you’d want – the fit adjusts easily as you adjust the band. I like that these are comfortable enough to wear during daily activities like typing at the PC or yard work, in addition to workouts. My workout supports are a bit rougher in materials and I find these to be better ad I think I’ll start using thee at the gym. Mine didn’t come in a box, just in a plastic bag with the instruction book. This is not a big deal to me, but thought I’d mention it since the product pictures show a box.

Wrist wrap
The brace works well and fits the wrist nicely, using the base part of the brace. However, the longer piece that you can wrap around over the initial brace is, for my reason for use, irrelevant and just repetitious of the base piece. I just sort of wrap that piece around and out of the way. This may work much better for other people but I realize I should have got a simple wrist support. The base part of the wrap does do well at providing support and comfort for the wrist.

Easy on and easy off if you don’t need wrist protection all day.
I use these to protect my wrists when pushing heavy carts and closing heavy bins. I was getting ganglions on the inside of my wrists. These wraps give me great support and hopefully will prevent any more damage to my wrists.

Hands are free to wash and brace doesn’t get wet.
These are great and better than carpel tunnel gloves since my hands are free to wash and got get brace wet.

Great Brace, Velcro is super strength!
The braces do a great job of minimizing my carpal tunnel, however, the outside velcro strip sticks so well that it is extremely difficult to remove the braces. I understand the velcro must hold the braces on, however, never have I had velcro closures to be so difficult to open.

Cheap and worth it
We’ve done yoga for three plus days a week for well over a decade now and my wrists started to get wonky on me from all of the flowing in plank position. These work great, the Velcro maybe too great, ha. My wrists get sweaty beneath but that just makes sense. Great quality and excellent support. One size fits all.

I use it for gym, loving it, great support to my wrists that are otherwise sensitive to bending movements and when handeling weights. I can excercise with these wraps without any pain. It’s also very easy to put on, and well adjustable to my small wrists.
