Great fiber supplements
This is definitely on my list of favorite vitamins I take. I have been struggling to intake enough fiber in my daily diet. This is a great way for me to stay on track and aid my gut health. I like that the supplement doesn’t have a taste. The capsules are easy to swallow. And you get a lot for your buck!

Fiber without the slime you get mixed with water was what I wanted. Have only just got it took 1 was easy to swallow so far so good. Will increase to 3 capsules as I see how I tolerate

So far these are working really well I’ve been using a more expensive gummie but this fiber complex works better and more economical

SAVED MY LIFE WHEN MY COLON QUIT WORKING!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My colon quit working! I was terrified of course. I asked my sister for advice and she recommended fiber capsules with 1,000 mg Triphala GI TRACT WELLNESS by Planetary Herbals. I got so lucky!It all worked out immediately! Taking 3 capsules of Triple Action Fiber Complex by Carlyle which is (760 mg Psyllium husk, 700 mg Oat Bran, 40 mg Apple Pectin) with 2 tablets of Triphala! Plenty of water. Soon my colon was working better than in my entire life! And I’m 60! I’m talking about the colon emptying often in text book perfect long and well- formed, floating poop. First time in my life! I’m curious if anyone tries this, please comment here on how it goes for you.
