It tastes great and there are no artificial flavors in it. It’s actually cheaper than the bcaas I had been ordering for the past year and a lot more effective!! I noticed a pretty big improvement within the first few days. I’m a lot less sore 24-48 hrs after workout. Normally I’m incredibly sore after my strength training sessions.

Taste is perfection.
For BCAA’s, you cannot taste the BCAA’s 🙂 I’ve tasted a lot of brands and it is hard to cover up that bitter taste. Not too sweet (I mix with 24 ounces of water), dissolves rapidly, and definitely helps with muscle soreness. I will definitely buy again.

GREAT flavor. Tried Pina Colada, Fruit Punch and Green Apple. The first two are excellent! The green apple is just OK. Has a very subtle almost grassy flavor. Definitely recommend the other two though!

Pleasantly surprised by these! I was looking for BCAAs but not wanting to spend an arm and a leg for them.I found these, read the reviews, and thought I’d give them a try. I have to say, I really enjoy them! I love the taste – it doesn’t have a filmy aftertaste like some brands do.It comes with a scoop so you don’t have to worry about measuring, and the packaging is cute and legible.I have to hydrate while I lift or a drag. I have been drinking these while I workout and I am loving how I feel hydrated during and after. My soreness has been minimal compared to when I don’t drink them, so I am so happy with the overall product.It is very cost effective compared to some of the popular store brands that are just getting so pricy. The quality is there as well as the overall effectiveness.Would recommend & have recommended!
