Flat as a pancake
Thin and flat. Comes in vacuum sealed bag and never really gets any expansion to it. Im going to cut it open and stuff it to make it full I guess, but not worth the price and worthless as a meditation pillow, like sitting on floor.

This was not a floor pillow, it was the size of a small throw pillow , I was expecting something to sit on instead the pillow has no purpose , will throw it away.. Buyer beware …
