It’s definitely as described it is weighty work out your hands , it’s also adjustable I used it for my little workouts and it’s pretty good to use I definitely think it’s value for the money for the material use for the rope . Definitely for adults

An sich ein gutes Springeil, auch ganz gute Idee mit dem Kugellager, jedoch verkeilt sich das Plastik Teil was die Seile im Griff an Ort und Stelle halten soll immer, sodass das Kugellager sich nicht mehr drehen kann.Außerdem ist beim Länge einstellen (vom Band) schon direkt ein Teil vom Plastik abgebrochen.

Also 30 Sprünge funktionierten. Dann stecken die Seilenden in den Griffen fest und drehen sich nicht mehr mit, so dass das Ganze jeweils nach zehn Sprüngen entwirrt werden musste.Absolut billig! Eigentlich nur was für den Müll aber Amazon will es ja zurück geliefert bekommen…

I bought three of these for my sons to use this summer. When adjusting them one rope grip did jam and crack which we resolved by removing it and just tying a knot.We managed to shorten the ropes without cutting them, by folding the excess into the handles. I’m pleased that this will give us the flexibility to lengthen them as the kids grow more.
