KSM-66 Ashwagandha in a gummy. Well, in three gummies!
I’ve been reading about the benefits of Ashwaganda supplements for some time now. East Indians have been using this herb for years for help with mood and energy levels, and the KSM-66 formulation is supposed to bring standardized dosing by extracting the phytochemicals from the raw herb and allowing you to use them in various forms. ELEVATE ORGANIC has several Ashwaganda products, but I chose the gummy version with the idea that my daily supplement could also be a little treat.First off, let’s get that idea out of the way. Even though these are gummies, they are not candy. They are sweet, but they taste strongly medicinal and their smell is somewhat off-putting, an attribute that I’ve seen with other forms of ashwaganda. No one is going to eat these as a little treat.That said, once I’d been taking these for a few days, I definitely felt my energy levels increase. Over the 25 days I was supplementing with these gummies, I found myself more energetic during workouts, I felt like I was sleeping better, and I truly believe that these benefits came from the supplement I was taking. Ashwaganda is purported to increase testosterone levels in the body, and unfortunately, I was not able to verify this with blood testing, but the benefits I felt seem to correspond to what people report from testosterone supplementation. I believe this is an effective form of ashwaganda.At $25 for 75 gummies, this represents $1 per day of supplementation. Given the energy boost I felt, I think this is an excellent value, and the KSM-66 extract as opposed to a raw root means I am taking a standardized product in the same dosage every day. This is very reassuring in what is sometimes the wild wild west of supplementation.Five stars, highly recommended.

Calming Effects with a High Quality Formula and Gentle Capsules
I’ve been using these fermented KSM 66 Ashwagandha capsules for a bit now, and so far I’m genuinely impressed with how they perform. I do notice a relaxed, calm feeling after taking them, without feeling overly tired or foggy, which is exactly what I was hoping for.One thing I really appreciate is the capsule itself. I’ve had issues in the past where certain capsules irritated my stomach, but these have been very easy on digestion with no discomfort at all. That alone sets them apart for me. The glass bottle is another nice touch and gives the product a more premium, high quality feel compared to typical supplement packaging.That said, they are on the pricier side for the quantity you receive. However, considering the quality of the ingredients, the fermented formulation, and how well they’ve worked for me so far, I can see the value. Overall, based on my experience, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a well made Ashwagandha supplement that is gentle and effective.

These are a great ashwagandha supplement. I’ve just started taking them, but I already notice a subtle calming effect, and I’m curious to see how that builds over time.
