Awesome for neck/back relief
Many uses for this roller. I have chronic neck pain from sleeping. Use 1st thing in the morning. Small enough to use when traveling. Nice, cushioned roller. Soft, not dense.

This was perfect for travel. I kept it with me in my carry on, which came in handy during delays at the airport. I use the foam roller regularly at home, and this helped my travel stiffness.

I use it for my back because it’s slightly smaller and softer than average rollers msk9ng it far more comfortable. This helps my with my back when I’m out of alignment and can’t get to the chiropractor

I bought 3 to test out, and this was the winner. Fit into my small carry on easily, and was firm like my extra firm foam roller at home. It’s small but works exactly as a big and long one would. Very happy with this purchase.

Great roller
I wish I purchased this years ago when I was running marathons. Now I just run 5K’s and do weightlifting and it works like a charm. I use it after my runs or after a workout and no more leg cramps at night.

Perfect Size!
I love this foam roller. I have always used the standard 6” diameter foam rollers, but they are too really intense for my upper back stretch. My Chiropractor mentioned this size and I bought it. It’s a much more comfortable fit. It small a great size to throw in a suitcase or carryon!
