Not worth the money
The treadmill is very very narrow. It is also noisy, not only the motor but the whole thing creaks and groans when you use it. Even at the highest speed you are just walking, it’s impossible to run as slow as it goes. And the configuration of the speed is off. For example when I walk at 3mph I should finish a mile in 20 minutes but it took until 32 minutes for it to register as having walked a mile.

Deceiving pictures
Buyer beware. This is not the same as the images. It does not have a quick remove handlebar. You need an allen wrench to take off handle bars and is definitely not foldable. It is not a quick adjustment for the steepness. It is working properly but not the aame as advertised AT ALL.

Description is misleading
I sent my first one back due to I wanted it because it says it goes 7.6 mph and it had an incline of 12 so I had it replaced it does not go 7.6mph it may go 4.5 and that’s pushing it. The incline is maybe a 3.5 the description is very misleading and basically false advertising. Very disappointed because I wanted it for running not a fast pace walk. I gave it 2 because it is very solid and quiet. So my advice if you want something you can run on this isn’t it.

Immediately Malfunctioned
It started malfunctioning immediately. I turned it up to a faster speed, and it started making a weird sound. When I tried to fix it, the belt started slipping to the left. When I tried to fix that, then the belt started stopping/sticking and tripped me up while I walked on it. Packed it back up within an hour and sent it back.

False Advertising
There is NO way that this thing goes 7.6 mph. I think the max this thing goes is 4mph, just like all other walking pads listed on amazon. How do I know? well, I have another walking pad which advertises 4mph max speed. This one at 7.6mph is the same as the other one at 4mph. This false advertising also means that all the other stats like calories burned and distance are also way off. The quality is also not good, since the belt on mine came with a little hole. The instructions are not good either. The handlebar is also of no use. Not worth the price at all.

This product is nothing like what is advertised
This product is nothing like what is advertised. I had 3 main problems with it.1) It does not nearly go the max speed that is advertised. The product description says it goes 7.6 MPH. Well, I put it on max speed and it is nowhere near 7.6 MPH. I often run on treadmills. I know how fast I need to run to go 7.6 MPH (about an 8 minute mile). I would need to RUN. But at max speed on this treadmill, I can still keep up with a brisk power walk. My watch clocked me going at 10 minutes 30 seconds per mile, which is about 5.7 MPH. When I contacted the seller they told me “The maximum speed is a laboratory test value achieved under ideal conditions (specific temperature, humidity, and a standard test platform). Actual speed can vary based on user weight, floor surface, and other environmental factors, which may result in a lower experienced speed.” I know my watch isn’t the most accurate, but there shouldn’t be a 2 MPH discrepancy!2. The handlebar height on the product image shows it reaching the woman’s head so she can look at her iPad at eye-level. In reality, it goes to about belly-level. I am 5’6, pretty average height. It’s not like I’m a giant. Also the iPad stand is super flimsy. It will not hold your device stable. I made the mistake of putting my phone on the stand. I took one step, the treadmill shook, my phone fell, it hit the belt and went flying off. I would not trust any device on this stand3. One of the pieces of the treadmill came cracked and damaged. When I told the seller about it, they responded with “Could you please send a photo of the damaged piece to [email address]?” They didn’t even bother to actually write their email in whatever template they copied and pasted from!!All in all, I returned the thing and got a refund. This thing might be okay if you just want to use it as a simple walking pad and do some light walks. Anything more than that, and it’s too flimsy to use. It is not a replacement for an actual treadmill and if you have any problems with it, the seller’s customer service sucks.

Speed not accurate!
The speed is not accurate! I need to set it at 5.8 mph to walk 3 mph. Otherwise product works ok but if you’re concerned about speed, please don’t buy it

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
DO NOT BUY THIS! It is a low quality product that is advertised as miles per hour, when it is not. The walking stats are all incorrect except for the time. The product could potentially be in kilometers per hour instead, as all of the stats show nearly double of what I actually completed and the speed that I was going. I was going 3 miles per hour, but the walking pad said I was going 6.5. I walked 2 miles, but the walking pad said that I walked 5. The scale of the product showed in the images does not represent the actual size of the walking pad. The belt was not centered on the machine, and it was very noisy while walking on it. The beeping noise to begin the workout and increase the speed was obnoxiously loud. It is not worth the money to purchase this product, especially if you are in an apartment and need a quiet machine.
