CI’m not trying to be like Arnold Schwarzenegger, I’m just trying to look good and that’s it.
The only gripe I have about this is that you have to reinforce the two turnbuckles to keep it tight but that’s simple but for the price you can’t beat it this is perfect.

Trash. Comically long bar makes some workouts impossible. A lot of problems stem from the plates being light so you need a really long bar to fit 3 plates on each side just to reach 20lbs. Get the Walmart ones.Also.. the title implies 40lbs per arm… its 40lbs combined… for the same price you can get nice set at Walmart instead

I recommend these to anyone whose looking for good quality cheap dumbbell sets there worth the price. The grip is good no missing parts and the weight actually seems a bit heavier which is still good because you can take weights off. The size are also good.

Bought these to start my strength training and converting to barbell is clamps are not sturdy enough so I have to keep tightening them not bad for the money but now I am looking for sturdier clamps. overall this is a great buy just know you’re going to need better functionality.
