Great Value, good results! Space saver
Great Value! You get 5 bands, a carrying bag so you don’t misplace them ( cuz you will without it) and a workout instruction manual. For $4.99! Yes the material in a little thin but thicker than some more expensive ones I’ve bought on here. Great choice to get you started. They can withstand a lot of stretching . If your on the larger size maybe invest in wider ones as these tend to roll on me sometimes. I have costochodritis and I can’t lift anymore. My chiropractor recommended these and showed me some workouts to try . So this is a great alternative and takes up no space at home, easy to use at home while you watch tv or listen to music, even on your phone if you use it at least 5+ minutes a day results start showing pretty quickly. I’ll even put the band on my legs when I’m on the couch or in bed watching TV or on my phone or tablet and do leg workouts between commercials.YouTube for different band workouts or physical therapy workouts.

Light weight bands too narrow and roll up on ankles and knees
Nice bands but are only 2″ wide not 5″ as listed. When moving them on legs or feet they roll into a thin band and difficult to flatten out and hurt when putting pressure on them doing reps.I have other bands (not looped) and they are 5″ wide which seems to be standard.I will order another brand.Update…The light and medium bands roll on ankle and legs. They are ok for upper body exercises. The heavy yellow and red bands are thicker rubber so do not roll on ankles and knees. Glad I can use them.

Great bands for a great price
These were exactly what I needed at a portion of the price I thought I was going to pay. My daughter is using these physical therapy and they have helped her improve because her workouts are more effective and have helped her regain strength, much faster than we anticipated.

5 stars for the bands for pre-post hip replacement PT – – 1 star for the pouch
Got these to do PT at home pre & post hip replacement. 5 stars for the bands, but 1 star for the storage pouch.Nice bands and although it’s nice that it comes with a pouch for storage, the long vertical shape of the pouch makes it tough to put the band(s) back in when you’re through. Taking a band out is easy, but just putting one band back in is almost impossible. You pretty much have to take them all out, lay the one that you’ve used on top of the others, then slowly lower all of them into the pouch again when you’re through.If the pouch isn’t always laying flat, the bands tend to scrunch to the bottom which makes them tricky to get out as well.A more square shape pouch would be much easier to just reach into for taking a band out of, or putting a band back into.* * note that they seem to have either updated the bag shape or just changed their listing photos.The bag we received (and the bag I was reviewing) is shaped as a long, narrow bag that is the same shape as the bands are.The new photo shows the bag in a more squared off shape and if this is a change they’ve made, this would make putting bands in, and taking bands out much easier.
