This is a game changer for my 3 mile walks! I got the 12 lbs. For my recommended weight of 148lbs. You definitely feel the difference in your core and I sweated a lot more! I was concerned about it rubbing my arms raw, I’m an arm swinger🤣. It did not, it is very comfortable! Very happy with this purchase!

Get more out of your walk
I’m trying to get in at least 7000 steps a day, but some days don’t get the time so I am glad to add a bit of oomph to my walking workouts. This vest is comfortable and walking with it on is surprisingly grounding. I do feel like my walk was “better” with it. 12 lbs is surprisingly heavy! It does come with a bit of a chemical smell so leave it out; mine has dissipated after about a week.

The item was as described, I should’ve paid attention to the weight size and gone up to give me a bit of resistance. Fits like a glove, although I do feel like a new design is needed for the pouches and how they attach. If you’re not careful, you’ll think you’re putting your phone or something in the pouch, but in actuality you’ve missed the whole thing, otherwise a great product.

Great for everyday use
Did not expect this to be as heavy as it is, but it is perfect. I’m working on losing baby weight and toning up so I use this daily not just for running to help me with the process. Super easy to put on and adjust, great size, no smell and perfect price for what I got.

I love this vest! The weight is equally distributed since it’s sand (or something similar) so I never experienced any back pain like I saw in other reviews. I wish there was a way to add additional weight to it. I got the 16lb ones and felt like I needed to add more after a couple of months.
