Comfortable and convenient!
This weighted vest is comfortable and easy to get in and out of. The adjustable weight makes it easy to customize and ease into heavier weight. The fit is secure without being restrictive. I also love that it has pockets—super convenient for holding my phone, keys and extra dog poop bags on walks. Great quality and really versatile.

Great vest
I had been on the hunt for a weighted vest for a while and this one seemed to fit what I was looking for. I like that I can adjust the weight of the vest. It is comfortable and easy to get on and off. It was a great price point which appreciated very much. My legs feel much stronger even after only a month of wearing the vest.The vest is functional and just what I was looking for.It does have a slight plastic odor, but it does not bother me at all while wearing the vest.I am very happy with my purchase. I even bought my husband one.

worth it!
I had been using a 12lb vest before this but it was time to up the weight so I was excited to find that this one ranges from 20-32lbs. The fit is great and the bags are easy to remove/add. The hardest part is getting it over your head (where as many other vests you put on like a jacket) however, the weight is proportioned nicely so it doesn’t feel like its pulling you down or that its all on your back.

Great adjustable vest
This best works as intended. The best is South weighs 11 pounds. There are six 1.5 weights that can be added to the vest to adjust the weight from 11 up to 20 pounds. The vest hangs just above my stomach I. The front. I wish it were a bit longer so that it lays on my stomach and lower back. But it still works my ab and back muscles. Also works my thigh and calf muscles. I’m glad I added it to my workout! The vest is very good quality.

Adjustable Weighted Vest
I like the fact that I can begin with a manageable weight and progressively raise it as my strength improves. This is like having a little gym that expands along with you. When I initially put it on, I had the sensation of being a character from a science fiction movie, and I mean that in a positive manner! A fairly nice design can be seen on the vest. A vast surface area allows it to distribute the weight evenly over your body, which is a significant benefit. I have worn it for a wide variety of exercises, ranging from push-ups and squats to running around the neighborhood, and it has remained in place without bouncing or changing too much. During early morning or nighttime jogs, the luminous strip is a lovely addition to have since, after all, safety comes first, right? The cloth has a sturdy feel to it, and the stitching has been holding up nicely up to this point. This vest has been through several sweating workouts, but it has not exhibited any indications of wear or tear as a result of my involvement. I just wish that it came with instructions on how to properly care for it. As a result of my reluctance to put it in the washing machine, I have been cleaning it by wiping it down after each use, which is not the best practice.

Does its job.
I purchased two, one for my son and one for myself. I am 5’5” for height and weight about 180 pounds for reference. I have anxiety and have been trying to get back into walking and running. These arrived a few weeks back.. They do have a smell after first opening up the package but the smell wears off. The material covering the vest is a bit stretchy and soft. The sides were adjustable and easy to put on and take off. The straps on the side are decent quality and the clip seems a durable and sturdy. The size is good, not too big for me and fit comfortably. I do think I got a good value on the weighted vest. The weight is adjustable with pockets to take weights out or put back in. These vests go over the top of the head to put on. It’s not put on like a coat, but it is pretty comfortable. Overall, it seems to be a good quality product.

Great Vest!!
I have absolutely loved this vest. It is very comfortable. The weight is evenly distributed. The material is sturdy but very soft and comfortable. It is a good price considering the ease of use and the material used. It’s easily adjustable. The weights are easily added or removed. No foul odors when I received it. All in all, I have loved this vest! I have used it for a few weeks now and have no complaints whatsoever. I never have any irritation from the straps and the material is soft. Ladies, get this! It will help your bones as you age and help you with your strength goals. I’m absolutely sweating when I’m done with my walks.

Its comfortable and practical
This weighted vest is designed with padding on the shoulder area that makes it more comfortable to wear than other brands I have purchased in the past. I love that it is adjustable.

Have really upped my game! I have been using this weighted vest for a couple of weeks and can definitely feel the difference. Both during my dog walks and during my cardio sessions, this helps get my heart rate up. I’ve started with just the vest, no weights, and will add as I get stronger.There is a smell, similar to what I have experienced with my scuba wetsuit, but I’m hoping it fades soon. I have tried Febreze which helped a bit. If it doesn’t fade soon I may try to hand wash it. Which I know will be difficult because of the filling.

satisfaite de mon achat. j’en avais reçu un autre avant d’une autre compagnie que j’ai retrouvé parce que définitivement pas assez lourde. celle-ci est assez lourde pour commencer sans les poids et augmenter progressivement. donc,ça donne une belle marge de manoeuvre pour travailler. acheter pour solidification des os selon mon médecin lors de la marche et augmenter ma force au niveau du cou.facile à mettre. j’aurais aimé plus d’information sur l’option pour lavage. avec la sueur, sur le long terme,j’aurais aimé pouvoir laver et je n’ai vu aucune instruction. de plus,si un jour, je passe au suivant, la personne voudra aussi le laver… je trouve ça important.

Great vest but it smells toxic so can’t give it 5 stars. As others said, the smell transfers to your clothes. Can’t be good for you.
