These weights are terrific! The quality is superb and they feel solid and comfortable in my hands. Ergonomically they are perfect to use I suffer from carpel tunnel so need to be aware of these types of things. The non slip grip makes them really nice as they won’t slip if you sweat a bit. The color is a very vibrant sky blue and it cheers me upI am always looking for high quality products and these weights fit that..

These weights are very high quality and easy to use. I like that they are covered in rubber and the colors are pretty. The 8 pound weights are the ones I got and I use them every day. I would definitely purchase this product again.

I fractured my proximal humérus in 4 places and part of my rehabilitation was eventually to lift some weights. The first 8 mths i didn’t use any weights, then the next 5 i used 1 lb weights and now in month 14 i started with the 2 lbs weights and they are the perfect transition for me. i will use them for about 4 mths then go to a 3 lb weight and so forth.
