The best treadmill I’ve ever owned
Great treadmill!!! I was so impressed with how it was packaged. Attention to detail was amazing. It was extremely easy to set up, although it took a little longer than 15 minutes. It is the perfect size and has plenty of programs and functions., including incline which is a big bonus! It runs very smoothly and I love how quiet it is compared to my last treadmill.I have been using it consistently for one week now and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend it!

Good and simple treadmill for a small home or apartment
Bought this treadmill in Decemeber 2025. Easy to assemble. So far very happy with it, but I would be interested to see how long the motor lasts etc. Cannot give 5 stars unless i see how long it last. It is a well designed product for someone who needs a solid and simple treadmill for home or apartment. The footprint of the treadmill (space occupied) is small, so ideal for a small room.

Quality material and construction + great performance
I did a lot of research before choosing this particular treadmill in this price range. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with it in terms of its performance, design and ease/speed of initial setup. At 6′-2″ I was afraid I might need its bigger brother but not so. Most of all I wanted the auto incline feature and I’m sure glad I didn’t compromise on that in my choosing. I’m knocking on 80 and wanted it only for walking but you can surely run on it. I foolishly turned the speed up, one time only, to 8 mph, which forces you to run and fast. My favorite settings are 3 degree incline and 3.0 mph. The display is really good quality. The 3.5hp brushless motor is super quiet even at high speed. and the packaging was very good and highly protective. I would definitely buy again. Thank you Borgusi.

Best customer support ever
When my treadmill arrive the shipping box was badly damaged and was held together by a lot of packing tape. It had obviously been subject to rough handling during shipping. When I took it out of the box and put it together, which was very easy, it did not work. I immediately emailed the seller and told them what I experienced. I received a return email apologizing for the rough handling during shipping, a promise to make things right, and a trouble shooting guide to isolate the specific problem. I ran through the troubleshooting guide, reported it back to the seller and received another prompt reply telling me the control board was probably bad and asking whether I felt comfortable in replacing the board if they sent me a new one. If not, they would ship a new treadmiil. I agreed to swap out the control board and the new one arrived within a couple of days. The installation was pretty simple and when I turned it on the treadmill worked, but the belt did not run smoothly. I notified the seller and they responded promptly with guidance on how to adjust the belt. I followed their directions and the treadmill now works fine. The seller apologized for the inconvenience, extended the warranty on the product for an additional 6 months and refunded me $60 for my trouble. I’ve never experienced such responsive customer service from an online seller or a brick and mortar retailer. The treadmill is for my wife and it works fine now and is the perfect size. It folds up to save space when not in use and even has an auto incline feature. The rough handling was FedEx’s doing, but the seller went out of their way to promptly respond and make things right.

The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their “5 step” approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen.After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund.Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her.I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including “great customer service”). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their “3rd party sellers” & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal.BUYER BEWAREI advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things
