The design works for both the left and right hand, so I can easily swap them around if needed. I use these during daytime hours when I need the support without the metal bars. I like the neutral color so it doesn’t stand out and the fact that it is washable. They are fully adjustable to suit your need. And yes, it’s comfortable when using a keyboard. I bought this one because it came in a set of two.*What I don’t like about this product is that the thumb loop loosens & tends to flop a little with wear throughout the day. I find myself readjusting frequently. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.Maybe if it were a thicker material, with another partial layer & stitching it would add more stability.Overall a good solution for my carpel tunnel.

Good product. Thought it would be a bit “cushiony”. I use this for a ganglion cyst on my wrist area. Just received yesterday. Gives me a bit of support when I use my mouse. I guess all of these are pretty much the same. I like the colors — I got pink. Got a great deal.

I’ve had tendonitis for years and I’m always looking for a new brace as I have to wear them almost steady these days. These aren’t the best, but they’re also not the worst.You get a two pair which allows you to put one on both the left and right hand, and they’re relatively simple to put on. Just slide your thumb into the hole and wrap it around your hand and wrist. It comes with an extra extension in case you need it. I found it works fine with just the default Velcro that is on the brace itself.It’s not all sunshine and rainbows though, if you have a bigger thumb this might not be a good fit for you. My thumb is a little thicker than the hole so when I wear it, it is uncomfortable around the knuckle joint that connects your thumb to the rest of your hand. It’s not so tight that it causes it to cut circulation but it is tight enough that you can always feel it pulling back on your thumb which causes discomfort in and of itself. What I find myself doing is sliding my thumb into the hole until I get it wrapped into place, then I take my thumb out of the hole and tuck the part that’s supposed to be around your thumb Up under the rest of the strap around your wrist. It still supports your wrist this way and keeps the Strap from pulling on your thumb in an uncomfortable way. It’s not the perfect solution, but at least it makes it usable.
