My go-to!!
These are my go to! I notice a huge difference if I don’t take these. I went a month without and I had more pms symptoms and my menstrual cycle seemed to be heavier. I’ve been taking these for 10 years (before they rebranded them!) and they will continue to be a staple for me!

TMI, but I am headed toward a hysterectomy. Heavy miserable cycles, and the only thing that helped was estrogen birth control. Well I can’t have that anymore at my ripe old age of 36. Progesterone-only birth control has caused month’s long cycles, no breaks, erratic cycles, etc.UNTIL I FOUND THIS!I first found it at my local herbalistic shop and it was immediately a game-changer. Cycles slowed, not as heavy, I even get a week or 2 a month free of bleeds now! Still getting that hysterectomy later this year or early next, but this has at least made things more comfortable for the time being.

Everyday Cramping
These did not help me in the way I had hoped. I have heavy periods and was hoping to see some relief from these pills. I took them every day for 2 cycles, and every day I had cramping. As soon as I stopped the pills the cramping stopped.I did notice a slight change in PMS symptoms for the better, I don’t experience bad PMS symptoms. So for me, the negative out weighed the positive.

Smell and look like rotten grapes. They are small and go down easy enough though. I like the natural ingredients. It slightly improved symptoms for me.
