Works as promised, but it is a little firmer than I was hoping and therefore uncomfortable to sit on for longer floor exercises. However, I am willing to put up with that to use a natural product instead of plastic foam.

The block was excellent for the creation of shoe lifts. Cut to shape, attached to the shoe sole and a rubber sole glued to the bottom of the cork shoe lift.
