Happy consumer for 2+ years but new formulation is ‘capital-T’ Terrible
This is no review. Rather, it’s a tragic letter to a love lost.I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate for the past two and a half years and it’s helped a ton with sleep. For the last two of those years, I’ve been regularly taking greenpeople’s supplement and it *was* fantastic – great taste, consistent results, reasonable price. It was easy to say yes as someone who doesn’t care much for supplements.But the recent bottle design update came with a formulation update as well that can generously be described as horrific.The supplement are now bland in flavor but on the other side of the coin, also unpleasant in texture. I tried for two nights in a row then sadly changed brands. Two basically unused bottles wasted because I can’t bring myself to take another.If you fix this greenpeople please let me know. I’d rather take yours again but won’t dare try until the formulation is back to normal.

However, the gummies have a sticky texture and tend to clump together in the bottle. I need to separate them before taking the daily dose. They also leave a slight sticky residue on my fingers. The bottle stores at room temperature in the cabinet. After five weeks of daily use, the gummies maintain their flavor and consistency. The bottle contains enough for about a month’s supply at the recommended dosage. Overall these are flavorful gummies with a comprehensive blend of minerals and vitamins, though the sticky texture requires handling carefully.

I desperately needed something to help me sleep and to support my muscles. I’ve been getting muscle cramps regularly. These magnesium mix gummies work. They knock me out within minutes. It’s a very calm ease into sleep.Along with magnesium, these gummies come with extra vitamins. Including calcium, vit d3 and b6. While I don’t need them, because I take a multivitamin, they’re a good bonus. It also has black pepper extract, which is an interesting addition. I’m guessing it helps it absorb better.Overall, two gummies at night time at this dosage is perfect for me as a woman in perimenopause. It really does help make me sleepier, but the most important part is that it’s a gentle sleepy. It doesn’t just knock you out and leave you groggy in the morning. I’ll be using magnesium instead of melatonin from now now I think.

Changed a good thing unfortunately
I have been buying these gummies for months. I can’t say for sure how effective they have been, but the flavor and texture was different in my last order (January 2026). Not enjoyable to take these anymore. It’s too bad because the older version was delicious!
