I highly recommend this product
My doctor suggested Ashwagandha for sleep. I have read lots about Ashwagandha and its many great benefits but to have a doctor suggest was a positive thing over some sort of chemical medication. I ordered this product for all of the positive reviews. Well I highly recommend this product. It has helped my sleeping a great deal. with each an every day I take this product my level of sleep has increased, improved and the quality is very positive. Great Price and Quality
I was not expecting to notice much of a difference in my general demeanor, but after two weeks I’ve noticed a dramatic reduction in general anxiety, I’ve experienced sharper focus for longer periods of time, and I haven’t experienced any negative effects. I wouldn’t say these are easy to swallow, but they are probably average in size. I chose this brand for its low cost. I’m impressed.

DONT take of Hyperthyroid
Warning! Do NOT taupe if you have hyperthyroid!!! Didn’t know this and had sever heart palpitations for 6hrs. Coming down now as I write this. Pr ally great stuff but again do NOT take if you are hyper thyroid period!!!
