I genuinely feel such a difference when using this product I have had some issues with balancing my hormones lately and I noticed my period were becoming a bit inconsistent and I was also experiencing really bad mood swings. I started taking these and this is my second time purchasing because I feel like it worked so well and other people around me noticed the difference as well! They taste amazing. Life Saver.. literally.
This stuff actually works (and it oddly tastes like Swedish fish btw- super good!)After 3 kids, as I got closer to 35.. my hormones went bezerk. As an avid weight lifter & gym goer for 7 years religiously: I started stacking on weight out of no where.. like I went from seriously ripped to looking like I’d never seen the inside of a gym a day in my life.. than this crazy exhaustion hit me out of nowhere: I was falling asleep on myself 24/7.. I could not function or get anything done. & my personality went from happy/bubbly to the most irritable and angry person you’d ever met.. than THE WORST part.. this weird odor that boric acid, antibiotics, and no doctor could solve (no std or infection btw and I was sick of paying money for 0 answers or changes..).Finally, a nurse practitioner at my GYN listened to what I was saying and told me “your hormones are probably off!” — but, the only “cure” is apparently birth control.. which I can not take because my blood clots too easily as is. So I went the ‘natural approach’.. that didn’t seem to help either tho UNTIL **Ray William Johnson voice** — THIS PRODUCT. It is the only one that has helped me & made all my symptoms completely disappear.I’m starting to drop this crazy weight, I’m in a good mood and myself again, and I can stay awake throughout the day.. and that weird odor? I can’t take these
I chose these cause they had less B vitamins than many others and I can’t tolerate it (goes me a leaky bladder). I’ve been taking these for 2 weeks and definitely can’t do it. I will attempt 1 a day and see if it helps but I may not be able to take them at all… other than the b vitamins. I feel pretty good on them.

Life Changer!
This product has changed my life. I struggled with extreme brain fog, fatigue , and extreme hunger with bouts of feeling like I had low blood sugar. I had suspected that I was going through perimenopause a while now. I could immediately tell a different taking these. My mental clarity and mood went up so much I wouldn’t dare miss a day -prior to I was really struggling and almost went to the Dr because I thought I was having cognitive decline. An added benefit has been the appetite suppressant. I feel full and don’t feel like I’m going to die of hunger before my next meal, which I have struggled with for years.
