Basic hoodie
I have tons of hoodies, but I wanted one where it has a zipper and they didn’t have that. I wanted a basic black hoodie so I can wear at work and it would go with my uniform.This one is overall pretty good. I’m not 100% pleased with it, maybe about 9.99% (through no fault of the hoodie)…..it was “just a smidge” on the small size for me. I was just too lazy to return it, so I kept it. I know it’s probably difficult to determine how the sizing will be right for you. So if Amazon gives you the recommendation of what size could fit you based on your measurements, I would pick a size larger. That is, if you’re like me and like to swim in your hoodies. If you want a more snug and tidy fit, then go with the recommendation. Hope that helps…?When I got it, it was a perfect fit for my body. I would’ve rather have a slightly baggier size, like I said, but it was fine after wearing it a few times. Looks more professional anyway. The wrist area in the sleeves was tight at first, but I broke them in by stretching them some. The waist area is quite roomy.It’s overall pretty good. No drawstrings for the hood part as per another person has said. But it is soft and it’s got a decent black color, not faded or off. The zipper is black. I wouldn’t consider it thick, but it is lightweight and somewhat warm. It’s definitely kept me warm and snuggly at work. I really like it, it was a decent price. If I could buy it again, I would. I just know next time… I will buy a bigger size 🙂

Good as shown lightweight fleece jacket.
I really like this little “jacket”. It is a lighter weight fleece than the usual “sweatshirt” heaviness. I am a bit warm blooded so I appreciated that it wasn’t overly heavy. It fits well new. The sleeves are too long for me, but just one cuff roll up and it’s just right. The cuff is good. The pockets are a decent depth. I was recently caught out in a fairly light rain and the hood covered my head very well. It hasn’t been washed and dried in a drier yet and I did order one size up to allow for shrinkage as is usually the case with standard sweatpants and sweatshirts. If I remember to do so, I will try to update my review after it has been laundered a few times. I got the dark grey and it’s a nice color. If it holds up well after washing a few times, I believe I would like to order another one in a different color. So……..so far so good. I would recommend this item. It’s as good as pictured.

Highly recommend
I have three of these! They are so comfortable and the zipper works great. I’m 5’2 weigh 180 lb with a larger chest. I got the 3X. The 2X would have fit perfectly over a t-shirt. But I needed it to fit over a long sleeve shirt or a thinner sweater. It has plenty of room to spare and it’s so cozy! I’d say medium weight. Highly recommend.

Nice purple jacket…or is it?
Bought this to replace my old one I bought in stores years ago. Feels and fits the same. I’m an 18/20 and I bought the 1X, fits great.UPDATE…This jacket is wearing out quickly. I’ve been wearing it daily as a layer under my winter coat. Its getting worn a lot, but its only been about 6 weeks since I bought it. It’s pilling a LOT on both the inside and outside, and I’m noticing that stitching is coming undone. I’ve got 3 inches of string dangling from one sleeve, and also from the stitching near the bottom of the zipper.It’s possible that I’m to blame for using it so heavily, so the outer pill-age is at least partly my fault. My coat rubbing against it is a factor. However, I can tell that the overall quality has dropped. The stitching never faltered on my old jacket of the same color, size, and style and after years of wearing it. Also, I’m not sure it’d survive the washing machine again. I shouldn’t be iffy about washing it for the second time.I won’t be buying another one of these jackets, and I can’t recommend them to anyone unless it’s for more casual usage. That’s the only way you’d get your money’s worth. I bought mine for about $17, on sale from $25, I think. Very glad I didn’t spend more than I did. I like to get more than a season (and a half?) of use out of the jackets I buy.3.5 out of 5 stars, and I’m rounding down because I’m feeling petty.
