This helps me a lot. I was using it during therapy on the one injured leg. I had to get my own to work on my other leg and to continue working on the injured leg at. I really felt the difference after using it.Easy to grab, because there’s different sections to hold on and pull. It is not stretchy at all.The length is long enough to do even more than stretching my legs, which was primarily what I was using it for.The material is very durable.
