Great product
I don’t like drinking things with stuff stirred in. Either it is too thick or feels slimy to me. These gummies are easier to use. They don’t taste bad but aren’t so much like candy a child would be tempted to eat too many. Still needs to be kept out of their reach. The gummies are a little sticky. I use gummy vitamins and calcium too and they are coated with something so they don’t stick together so bad. I have to vigorously shake the jar of these gummies and hope I won’t get a huge ball of pieces stuck together. The price is quite high but the gummies are so much easier to use I felt it was worth it. They stick to my teeth and it takes awhile for them to melt off. They work well to soften stools without to much softening.

These fiber gummies have a great taste and are easy to digest. Although the price may be a little high, I would definitely buy them again because they do exactly what they are meant to do. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an effective and pleasant fiber supplement.

Taste good, improve digestion
These gummies taste good and keep me regular after long dealing with stubborn constipation. I will say though that they initially gave me alot of gas but after keeping with them for almost 2 months its alot better. I will continue to buy these. I wish they were a little less pricey though.

Toughest client yet is now reformed
I’ve searched high and low for something to help with my severe constipation and literally nothing has worked not even slightly. Now that I’m on a GLP-1 medication it’s so much worse and I was honestly Bout to give up even after trying that ozo or zero thing everyone talks about on reddit which did absolutely nothing. These are the only I mean literally ONLY! Thing that has me normal for once in my life. I will gladly pay $30 if not more to feel this regular like I do now. It’s actually something I look forward to taking in the morning because the gummies are so tasty and chewy but don’t stick to your teeth and don’t clump up like most other gummies. If you feel like I did and was at your wits end then I highly suggest trying these. I’ve seen so many reviews for other fiber supplements in the past claiming that they worked amazing and blah blah but never even touched me. I must be one of those people that are almost resistant to all of most forms of fiber because there’s definitely some magic going on in these that shocked the crap outta me “no pun intended”. The first time I took them I had already went to the bathroom once not even hours later and I’m someone that could go a week without going at All , so if that doesn’t tell you how good these are then idk what will.

They simply work. They’ve helped me with my fiber intake and gut health. It’s also a whole lot more convenient than powder and mix, meaning I’ve been taking them far more consistently, which has helped a whole lot.

These taste pretty good. Be cautious if you are sensitive to Xilitol, I had to stop after taking 2 resulting in heart palpitations. Maybe from something else going on but better safe than sorry.
