Durable, comfortable and even has pockets!
I have only worn this once because it definitely worked and made me tired! It’s not too heavy, but just enough to definitely feel it. It didn’t make me sore or anything and once I got the straps adjusted where they needed to be, the fit was good. This is made well and I can’t imagine having to spend more on a weighted vest because this one does the trick.

Works great for those who have osteoarthritis!
The quality is top notch, well balanced, very easy to slip over and on with adjustable straps. I’m a little busty and was afraid it was going to press down or feel heavy on my chest but to my surprise it was not. I absolutely love the zippered pockets because one can carry my 16 pro max perfectly and the other packet can hold my keys and pepper spray. I get a good workout each time I wear it. I bought a 12 pound weighted vest so I could add a little more stress to my bones which will then cause my bones to grow stronger- with this vest I know I will be able to and hopefully it will reverse my osteoarthritis.

i love the quality of this vest but i will be honest.. i got the 12# one based on the recommendation for my weight and then tried to go for a walk. it’s too heavy. i struggled to even stand up straight and im fairly athletic, id like to think. it sinks my shoulders which caused neck strain. i still went almost 5 miles before i collapsed but i couldn’t run or jog, only walk. if you are smaller than 140#, 12 is too much. but i love it, just wish i had gotten the right weight for my size.. that’s my fault

Got it while on sale.
I bought the 12lb. vest, it fits great the weight is perfect for jogging with or hiking. The black was the best price and it’s neutral not that i care about fashion when working out or hiking bit it does have reflectors for use at night which was my concern. The best part in my opinion is the front pouches / pockets, perfect for my phone and wallet or id.
