The NEALFIT ankle weights were made of soft and stretchy mercerized cotton for exercise, and moisture absorbing material inside, breathable and comfortable to wear, lasting durability.
The wrist and ankle weights can be used for indoor fitness, yoga, outdoor running, hiking, walking, cycling and many other fitness workouts.
Adjustable strap closure for a snug and secure, customized fits ankle/wrist/arm/leg. With long enough strap, the weights are super easy to put on and take off.
Our adjustable ankle weights are designed unisex and have different color options to show your personality. Weights come in different weight levels for you to choose from. 0.5 lb (×2), 1 lbs (×2), 1.5 lbs (×2), 2 lbs (× 2), 3lbs (×2), 5lbs (×2).
Filled with high quality iron sand, the wrist weights add more resistance to your daily workout. Reinforced stitching and sturdy outer trim prevent the iron sand from leaking out while enhancing durability.

Perfect light weight for my gymnast. She claims they are comfortable. She loves the design as the weight is evenly distributed making her work out feel effective and balanced. There is not much stretch but you wouldn’t want that in an ankle weight anyway. Very adjust and easy to put on her self.

NEALFIT ankle weights get four stars from me. They work great for workouts, feel comfy, and the weight options are spot on for both men and women. But honestly, the stitching? Not the finest—little threads peeked out right when I unpacked it, so I have to watch out. Still, for the price, it’s worth grabbing if you’re starting out.

Comfortable addition to strength building after an injury and laid up.
I lost a lot of strength after my injury, ICU stay and minimal activity for a few months now. I bought the 1 lb weights to assist in strength building as go about my daily routines again. They fit well on my ankles or wrists. Comfortable. There is so much leeway to accommodate many sizes of men/women and some children. I find them comfortable and can wear them all day. Wearing one pound on each ankle was insignificant for me, really didn’t notice a difference after taking them off after about 8 to 10 hours or while wearing them. I’m switching those to my wrists, that, I can feel the extra weight and will make a difference. I’m now getting the 3 lb weights for my ankles. I’m 70 and average or above average in activity in the house and especially on my land – working on getting back to the same strength level or better now that I can move around again.
