Great shoes
These shoes are true to size and very comfortable . I did order a wide because other reviews stated they ran narrow.

Nice shoe
I love these shoes. They were so comfortable. They had extra cushion in the heel.

Love the color
It is so hard to find a quality walking shoe that is bright and cheery. This is bright and fun. The fit is good although they are a little tricky to get on at first. Use the pull loop in the heel area and slide in. The shoes are very comfortable, no break-in time, and gives me the support I need. They are finally a little pricey, but if they hold up they will take the pinch out of the price. I would recommend these.

Get a shoe horn, but very nice once they’re on your feet.
This is a tongue-less design, which makes putting them on a little tricky. There’s very little flexibility in the aperture for your foot, so I found that putting on the shoe meant my sock getting stuck on the heel & stretching so badly it curled my toes inside the shoe. I had to buy a shoe horn to avoid this.Once on, they are lightweight, comfortable & very nice for walking & wearing all day.

NOT NEW and definite quality control rejects….but cute and comfy?
These shoes are super cute (if new). However I received my sneakers in an envelope. A legitimate flexible envelope. Not in a New Balance shoe box or cardboard shipping box. They were not filled with new shoe paper stuffing or anything. When I opened the bag, it was clear they were used and returned. There was some stain or watermark on the top, the soles were slightly dingy had little pebbles in between the rubber. Not only were these definitely previously worn, but I feel that the seller is selling shoes that didn’t meet QC or quality standards and were rejected or irregular and thus couldn’t be sold by NB. The stitching is visibly off kilter on one of the shoes, and the loop to pull it on is not centered on said shoe. The different color parts of the sole are not consistent between the two shoes and just look shoddy. For a shoe that is full price what it costs on the New Balance website, it is unacceptable to get a used, defective pair of what are listed as “new” sneakers. Now for the good part. The fit and comfort seemed good when I tried them on. Very light shoes. A little snug for 8.5 (usually I’m an 8 and get 8.5 for room/thicker socks). I needed them for a fitness event and my previous shoes had literally fallen apart so it was not an option to return on short notice. However I would have returned based on what I got. I did get through the workout fine and they are comfy but I have limited confidence on how long they will last. If they’re not a knock off, they’re definitely a reject from the production line. Buy with caution unless you buy directly from manufacturer.

I love these shoes. They fit true to size and I do not find them difficult to put on or take off. They offer a lot of stability for working out. I find these better than regular running shoes in the gym. And they are so comfortable!

I have long been a fan of New Balance shoes. They were always my go-to shoe for running as I have narrow feet and they sell in 2A shoes. Since I know my size in New Balance, it made sense to look at them when I needed a pair of cross trainers especially since I was buying online. Complaints about shoes being narrow is a good thing for me even though these shoes are a medium width. I had no issue with the width which matters more to me for distance running, the issue I had was the design of the shoe. Yes, it is very nice looking but a shoe needs to fit. This shoe has the tongue built in. It is not at all like a traditional tongue. That made it very hard to get on. You had to pull and stretch the shoe to get your foot into it. It’s not an issue I usually have with my narrow feet. Width wise there was room once I managed to get my foot into the shoe. I only tried on one before I knew these shoes weren’t going to work for me. The other issue I had was that there wasn’t enough room between the shoe and the top of my foot at the toes and just above the toes. I don’t recall ever having a shoe that was tight on top. Loosening the laces didn’t help. I did try them on later in the day after a hard workout so I don’t know if my feet were swollen but then that’s what I would be using the shoes for. Maybe I could have tried to stretch them or broken them in, but I’ve never had to do that before with any shoes and I have been wearing New Balance, though older designs. I don’t know if that would have helped with the tongue situation and the difficulty getting them on. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t work out because they were a really nice looking shoe.
