It was a great shoe but ran small.

Received USED shoes sold as NEWI was extremely disappointed with this purchase. The shoes I received were clearly used, even though they were listed as brand new. There was visible dirt all over the soles and upper, and there was even a stain on the inside of the tongue. It was obvious they had been worn before.I expect new items when I pay for new items, and this was completely unacceptable. I’ve initiated a return, but the inconvenience shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Quality control needs major improvement.
