I started taking this because my vitamin D level was at was at 15 ng/ml at my yearly physical. I started taking the supplements on 8/6. I started feeling a lot better within a few weeks. On 10/13 my lab work came back and my vitamin level was up to 50 ng/ml. I definitely recommend this supplement. It definitely works and it’s a great price.
