Sturdy, flexible and easy to use.
I used something similar with my physical therapist which was also on Amazon. This one is the right length for my use at home. It is a little stiffer than a web belt, but very sturdy and yet easy to use. I’m sure it will last for years and years. I’m in my mid 70’s with arthritic knees and using this has helped immensely and will continue to do so.

I used this same strap at the therapist’s office. I love the good stretch I get on my hamstrings. My walking gate is less work, my posture is better, I do recommend this product.
