Great, powerful, easy on the gut, good for SIBO
This helped my SIBO flare up when I started to get used to the 60 Billion CFU probiotic. I needed to switch it up but haven’t had luck with other brands. I stayed on the higher dose for a couple months and then was able to go back down to the 60 Billion.

Having Terrible Diarrhea
I ordered these because I was on a different probiotic that I’d ordered off the internet from their website, but they were more expensive than these. Since these had great reviews, and had higher CFUs and more coverage for bacteria, I thought I’d give these a try. I’ve had IBS-C (the C stands for constipation) my whole life. It’s not a fun disorder to live with. I normally go at least a week, sometimes 2 weeks, without having a bowel movement, which causes severe lower abdominal pain. Eventually, I get to the point where I just don’t want to eat because I’m so miserable. I’ve now been on the “Physician’s Choice Probiotics” for a little more than a week and from the very first day I started taking them, I began having terrible diarrhea, which is not normal for me. Initially, I thought it was a fluke and maybe I’d eaten something bad, but the diarrhea has continued and gotten worse. I was going to stop taking the probiotics, but it says to keep taking them for 6 weeks to know how your body will respond, so I’m trying to hang in there and see if things settle down. Just today, I’ve had diarrhea at least 8 times. I’m a nurse as well, so I do know to keep hydrated. I wonder—is anyone else having this problem? I wonder if I’m allergic to something in the probiotics? The bottle says that they are made without any allergens, but the older I get, the more things I become allergic to. So who knows. I’m going to continue taking these and see if my body adjusts. I will update this review at a later time.
