I am very disappointed in these. I was so excited to get better fitting extra weights to put on my exercise infinity hoop. I was using the weight off a second hoop I had. These were a waste of money for me. I believe my paper weights weigh more.They are super easy to connect into your hoop though. They feel like they would be durable and good quality. They simply don’t work as weights.

Only the rings
Only the rings so keep that in mind. They are not very heavy so add very little weight. However they work great to strengthen your hand or to squeeze when your stressed or restless.
