What can I say about these pills? Quite a lot but I don’t have a whole lot of time sorry ha ha! I suffer from arthritic gout, a horrible thing as many of you I’m sure know! Unfortunately the medications out there in the pharmaceutical world do nothing for me other than relieve a little pain with the painkillers. I have been taking apple cider vinegar pills for three years now I take it 3 to 4 pills each day , and it has definitely cut down my attacks of gout from 4 to 5 times a year down to one or two attacks. In my world that is fantastic . I understand these also will help with acne , and to a very lesser degree a bit of weight loss. Face it, apple cider vinegar is just good for you, take it!

I am a cancer survivor who also has diabetics. I have had a hard time getting my sugar count under control. A friend told me about taking apple cider vinegar, hot water and honey. I was not able to tolerate the drink and gave that up pretty fast. Then I found the Piping Rock Health Products and saw they had the apple cider vinegar in capsule form. From the first bottle I have noticed a big difference in my sugar count and my ability to get the numbers under control. Now taking the capsules are apart of my daily routine.
