Helps with Cramping, Mood, and Fatigue… not so good for bloating.
I’m 40+, my PMS symptoms seems to be getting worse as I age. I’ve used this product for the past 3 cycles (or 3 months) to make sure I could get an accurate idea of how these would work. They help me with the fatigue, keeps my mood even, and reduces cramping a lot, it is a noticeable difference. However it doesn’t seem to do anything at all for the bloating, but that goes away on it’s own after a day or two anyway. I find it helps if you start taking it a day or two before you expect your cycle to start. The effects are beneficial enough that I will continue using this and have also talked my daughter into using it as well.

Before I started taking these, I became extremely tired and bloated days before my menstrual period. I tried this because the the reviews were fairly good and the price was even better. I have been recommending it to my family and colleagues because these symptoms have lessened significantly for the two cycles in which I have been taking it. I am I am disappointed that the price has almost doubled in such a short time and hope I don’t have to search elsewhere for the relief that this has provided any time soon due price hiking over short periods of time

I was nervous. I admit it. I have tried other kinds that made me on edge and twitchy and not being like that was why I was trying to take them. This one works like a supporting hug right where I need it and really delivers. I love this product.
