Great option
This foam roller is extremely dense (as it says in the listing!) meaning it’s extremely durable as well. I have been using this small foam roller for a few months now and it has not even damaged and retained its shape very nicely. I like in an apartment so I didn’t want a huge foam roller and this one is perfect in rolling my back out for pain relief. Great option for this budget.

I bought this foam roller cause it was the cheapest one on the website. It is very sturdy and seems durable. The roller is hard and is great for using after a workout or when I have sore muscles. Since it is hard, it does hurt a little if your muscles are sore, but it hurts in a good way. I found that using this after working out reduced my soreness the next day. Overall, I think that this is the best foam roller on Amazon. I would definitely recommend this product!

I hate ragging on things that are my fault. I should have paid attention, but for some reason I expected this to be wider than it is. At 6’4”, 230 lbs, I’m not small by any means, and definitely above average, so this doesn’t do well to fit the width of my back for exercises.That being said: that’s a me issue; not a product issue. My only problem with the product is, it’s very hard styrofoam and as such, gives no comfort.I’m even okay with that, but the styrofoam itself is hella slippery and it rolls out of the way a fair bit, and I have to compensate by setting up differently for my exercises before getting it into the right spot. Not a huge deal, just some information for others based on my experience with the product.
