Take these with the Qunol glycinate magnesium at bedtime. They are great for joints and sleep. They taste great too.

Does the trick deliciously?
I am on a GLP-1 which can cause pretty uncomfortable constipation. I was taking magnesium capsules, but I got so tired of having to swallow so many capsules that got stuck in my throat. Searched for a gummy and found these. They taste so good and they work perfectly.

It helps with sleep & muscle cramps
I take this product before bedtime with valerian root and it helps me sleep. It has a lot of sugar in it so I did not give it five stars. It may not be the healthiest but it seems to solve any leg cramp problems overnight.

Diarrhea immediately 🙃
Diarrhea immediately for weeks. Switched to half dose after 2 weeks and a break, same issue. Can’t do it. Love the texture and flavor, but it makes me sick. I take chewable magnesium regularly for migraine prevention, but my body does not like this product.
