These are quality made, very nice, wide resistance bands that stay in place and won’t bind up or pinch like regular elastic bands. The pack includes 4 bands of increasing resistance – light, medium, strong and heroic. Some exercises I do require 2 bands of the same resistance. If I were to order again I would probably get 2 light and 2 medium as the higher resistances are more than I can work with.

These are the best stretch bands I have ever seen, I do leg/hip exercises the graduated strength levels keep you building strength. Light, Medium, Strong, and Heroic. After a few weeks I have moved up to strong 50 reps twice a day each leg!The bands are made of high quality materials that breathe, no stickey rubber, pricing is more than reasonable, quality is exceptional! I highly recommend this product.

I love this set of resistance bands! The fabric is thick, durable, and doesn’t roll or pinch during workouts like the rubber ones often do. The set includes four different resistance levels, which makes it easy to adjust for various exercises — from glute and leg workouts to full-body training.They’re great for home workouts or taking to the gym, and they come with a nice carrying bag and a workout guide that helps with exercise ideas. Last set of bands you’ll ever need to buy
Bought these bands because I am receiving PT for my hip joints. These bands are extremely sturdy and add just the right amount of resistance. They come with a mesh carrying bag that fits all 4 bands perfectly. It also comes with an instruction card on multiple ways of using the bands. They were only $20 which is a fantastic deal to the big box exercise stores, which is a very good value. They are very tight and they shouldn’t loose their stretch ability over the years. I’ve only used them once but I was with a Physical Therapist who ran me through all 4 bands so I did have an optimist to use all 4. I would definitely recommend these bands.

It’s not as the pictures describe. It’s a fake and poor copy. The bands are not all the same size, they are only 3 not 4, and they don’t have the strength label on it. I have pictures for it but there’s no place to upload. A scam, don’t buy!
