Are Rip Toned wrist wraps good for advanced or beginner weightlifters?
Yes! Since our wrist wraps are capable of providing excellent support and stability, they are perfect for advanced weightlifters. Rip Toned wrist wraps are a great accessory for beginners just starting out weightlifting as well.
Are Rip Toned wrist wraps only good for weightlifting?
Rip Toned wrist wraps are great for weight lifting and also used for powerlifting, strength training & bodybuilding. Our wrist wraps offer support, stability, wrist protection and increased performance for any activity that can strain your wrists.
Will Rip Toned wrist wraps make a difference in my workouts?
Rip Toned wrist wraps are ideal for lifters or fitness enthusiasts who want to lift more weight, who want to prevent wrist injuries, who want to reduce pain or increase performance and confidence.
When should I use Rip Toned wrist wraps?
Our wrist wraps should be used when performing any pushing weightlifting exercises or any that puts strain on the wrists. Wrist straps can be used on exercises such as bench press, shoulder press, low bar squat, pushups as examples.
Should I use Rip Toned stiff or flex wrist wraps?
We recommend using stiff wrist wraps when lifting heavy. If lifting lighter use our flex wrist wraps. Our stiff wrist wraps provide max support but very little flexibility. Our flex wrist wraps provide good support while allowing more flexibility.

Quality product that provided me with immediate improvement and relief
I don’t often write reviews for products I buy online, especially after only just receiving less than a week ago. I typically like to use a product for at least six months or more to vet out the durability and performance over time as many products tend to fall apart or quickly lose their value. That said, in this case I felt compelled to make an exception to my rule for this product.I’ve been working out six days a week for almost 2 years now and have been dealing with chronic wrist and elbow pain due to instability and laxity in my wrist. After some research here on Amazon I found these wrist wraps and after only using them a few times I’ve noticed an immense improvement in my ability to lift heavier weights while experiencing significantly less pain both during and after my workouts.I almost purchased a more expensive set but these Rip Toned wraps were among the cheapest I could find on Amazon and seemed very popular with others who have purchased them. They actually feel very well-made and are doing a fantastic job at allowing me to exercise harder – lift heavier weights, do more push-ups, pull-ups, yoga, etc. all with significantly reduced pain. I will update this review in six months or so to let you know how they hold up over time but I’m extremely happy with my purchase so far for sure.I was initially concerned about getting the heavy duty version as I do tend to lift heavy dumbbells on my weight bench. However, the standard wraps are perfect for fairly aggressive dumbbell work, and provide great support with proper mobility for a lot of bodywork as well, such as push-ups, yoga, calisthenics, etc. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made for myself in quite some time. If you’ve been suffering from debilitating elbow or wrist issues like me, I definitely recommend you give these a try!

Game-Changer for Weightlifting: Stiff Wrist Wraps That Deliver
When you’re lifting, the last thing you want is for the limiting factor to be something other than the muscle you’re working on. It’s incredibly frustrating to be mid-set, still feeling strong, only to have your grip or wrists give out before your target muscle does. That’s where these wrist wraps come in.I’ve been using a softer pair for a while and decided to upgrade to the stiff version this time—and wow, what a difference! The support they provide allows me to fully focus on the lift without worrying about my grip strength holding me back. I now use these wraps for every set, every workout, and they’ve become a non-negotiable part of my gym routine. That said, the stiffer material does come with some trade-offs. If they’re wrapped too tightly, you may feel slight discomfort or restricted blood flow during certain movements, but releasing the pressure between sets solves that easily. The quality is excellent—thick, sturdy, and clearly built to last. Plus, I love the color I chose; it adds a bit of style to function. While they might seem pricey for such a simple product, their durability and the advantage they provide make them well worth it.If you’re serious about lifting and tired of grip strength being the weak link in your workouts, these wrist wraps are a fantastic investment. I’ll also be reviewing some wrist straps soon, but for now, these wraps are a total game-changer!

Why didn’t I buy these sooner?!
In the short time I have used these wrist wraps my tendinitis and carpel tunnel pain has dramatically decreased while at the gym. The added stability they provide is monumental to my performance, as I am not needing to stop mid-rep and shake my hands out or break until the pain subsides. They are a good wrap size for my wrists (6 inch circumference). My primarily complaint is the thumb straps are too big for my hand and they don’t have much use. To keep them from getting in the way I tuck them into the wrap, but I’ll probably just end up cutting them off as I don’t need them to keep the wraps in place. I can also already tell that if the Velcro touches the fabric it will cause fraying (as with any Velco and fabric contact–this is not a fault of the product), so I’m being mindful of where the Velcro is touching when I wrap them up. It appears the soft side of the Velco may detach if it is pulled on too hard as well. The stitching keeping it on isn’t too reinforced, but it would be an easy fix if it does come loose.Overall, I highly recommend these wrist wraps. They are an excellent price, high quality, attractive, and they help reduce pain and increase stability. Oh, and the customer service is AWESOME!

High Quality and Great Price
I had some wrist pain stemming from barbell rows, bench press, overhead press, etc. As well as changing (and concentrating more on) form and wrist position, I decided it was time to invest in some wrist wraps for the sake of longevity. My father had bought a pair of Stoic wraps a few years ago, and thought that I would eventually get the same brand myself. However, I previously received a pair of Rip Toned straps as a gift, and was impressed with their quality. So when I saw these, I decided to give them a try.For argument’s sake, the Stoic wraps were made to be a ‘less-stiff’ or ‘more flexible’, so I have no experience with Stoic’s ‘extra-stiff’ wraps as a more equal comparison to the Rip Toned ‘stiff’ wraps.Nonetheless, the build quality of the Rip Toned wraps surpassed my expectations (especially for the price). The material and stitching were incredibly strong and rigid, and I can imagine that they’ll last for many years to come. Comparing them to the Stoics, the quality is very similar (when compensating for the ‘rigidity’ differences). In use, they are great. They’re comfortable, provide a great deal of support, and virtually eliminated my wrist issues (as can be expected of wrist wraps), and I have had zero issues so far. In addition, I have been impressed by Rip Toned’s customer service; they’ve sent me an email asking if there were any issues, and offered to rectify them. For anyone who needs a pair of wrist wraps, I highly recommend these. For only about $12, the investment is more than worth it.

Very comfortable and easy to use.A good way to make sure that you prevent injury while exercising. It doesn’t take all that long to put it on,rather it’s almost instant. The material itself feels really tough and durable. I’m happy with my pair.

they have been delivered and I am very pleased with them.I begun weightlifting around 4 months ago and unfortunately suffered an overuse strain injury to my right wrist. I was very disappointed as up until then I had been making good progress and the injury forced me to stop certain movements. So I came across your wrist wraps on amazon and thought I’d give them a go. With a bit of “rehab” they have allowed me to get back into the gym and pick up where I left off and I am back on track and making progress again. Now I don’t train without them, so thank you!
