Great for Beginners

Good Strengthening Tool
This ring is good for strengthening my legs. It makes a little crunchy sound on one side but hopefully that will go away with use. Ring is sturdy and cushioned in the right places for comfort.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I saw it at my PT and saw many clients using it for rehabilitation. I loved the color pink for me. It comes in the nice package with flash cards on how to use it. Also has a bag to keep it in or take with you.

Great, sturdy Pilates ring
Wonderful quality, very comfortable Pilates ring to use. The padding is thick enough to not hurt your legs. I like the exercise cards that come with the ring, but mostly just use the ring in conjunction with Pilates video. The pink is pretty as well.

Would recommend!
This ring is great! I’ve read so many reviews on multiple rings and overall this seemed to be the best choice. However, there was one misleading review that claims it’s not supposed to bend in and make an oval shape. If you’re new to the ring, you may think is true but it’s not. They are supposed to bend in slightly because there are many exercises in Pilates that call for you to push in from both sides as a workout and it should have the flexibility yet keep the resistance to do so. I think the resistance in this one is great. The size is just right and comfort of the handles are nice for the in-between knees and legs and on the thighs exercises.

It’s alright
I bought this product to use for at-home work outs, and it’s fine I guess. Other than the nice color, nothing about this product really jumps out at me as “great”. It does its intended job, but it’s just alright.Cons: It doesn’t fit in the bag it comes with, smells funny, and creaks when I use it so I’m constantly afraid it’s going to snap apart and hit me in the face.Pros: It works for its intended purpose, hasn’t actually broken (even though it sounds like it’s going to), and has decent resistance. Also, it comes with 3 resistance bands, which was a pleasant surprise.Conclusion: I don’t hate it. I don’t love it. It’s alright.

This is a good quality item for the price. It is fun and easy to use. The pamphlet that came with it is very useful, full of exercise options for several parts of the body. I bought it to strengthen my knees. Works great.

The resistance/strength of the wheel is perfect for pilates use, good quality, does not feel like it will easily break. The grips are comfortable to use. I would recommend this product.
