Almost done with my 30 day supply. I absolutely love these vitamins. My only hang up is the fishy tasting burps I have after taking them. However, I do appreciate the minty flavor of the pills. Will be ordering again.

The BEST multivitamin out there for women!
I have been using these vitamins since 2024 and have never looked back! They do not have a “fishy” smell like usual multivitamins have that contain Omega. They are easy to swallow as they are small in size. The ingredients are also fantastic!

overall, really good if youre looking for something new
i originally liked this product as a replacement for my multi… kinda gave me tummy issues if i had it in the morning and didnt have a big enough breakfast.. had two bottles i believe and noticed alot of hair growth so maybe thats a positive? … they store very well… good minty taste unlike other vitamins … only issue is the tummy ache but thats pretty much a me problem

I recently started taking these, they are amazing. they do have a minty taste and leave a lingering mint taste after a few minutes but it’s not strong. I feel a lot better after taking these, my energy and focus has improved a lot, I definitely recommend these vitamins!

Easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. Had a slight increase in energy and actually caused a minor breakout when I first started taking them.

Pretty Good
After taking for a couple months, my hair and nails have grown stronger. I have more energy and am able to complete more tasks. I feel focused and calm. However, the minty flavor doesn’t overpower the fishy taste. As long as you drink plenty of water after you should be fine.
