Made well, comfortable, and does it’s purpose.
Full disclosure, we did get a full rebate on our purchase as part of an offer from the company. That said, this is a great weighted vest! My husband ordered the 30Ib one. He’s worn while out working on the farm, and also when we do the family squat exercises we do some evenings with our toddler. My husband says it is comfortable and the comfort feels similar to the squishy life vests that are made of flexible neoprene. He is tall and lean, and he wishes it fit a bit tighter where it buckles. He said he wishes the distance between the buckles fully closed the vest. I’ll do my best to show this in the picture. However, it still works for his needs and is a well made, effective vest that is easy to take on and off and fits well in all other respects. It even has a pleasant smell, I think. I personally love the American flag patch, very cool. It also comes on and off if you want to switch it up sometimes.

The 5-Star Addition to My Workouts
I was initially skeptical, but adding a weighted vest to my fitness routine has shown proven results. Whether I’m power walking around the neighborhood, hiking a local trail, or even just using the treadmill, the added resistance makes a massive difference. Great training vest for body movement exercises
I bought the training weighted vest for endurance and strength purposes. I went with the 15lb vest as this was my first time ever using one and I didn’t want to risk going too heavy. The weight is perfect as my girlfriend and I can both use it.For my use:I wear it while I do my warm up jogs and when I go for my mile run. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now and I haven’t had any issues. The fit is comfortable and easy to put on/take off. It has an adjustable strap and to make it tighter, which I do, so it doesn’t bounce around when I’m on my run. For being a 15lb vest, it is comfortable to wear as the weight feels evenly distributed on my upper body. I also use it for body weight exercises (push ups, pull ups mostly). It’s helped me , and my girlfriend, build our strength on pull ups. I’ve also tested my runs without the vest and have felt an increase in short distance speed as I do a bunch of sprinting exercises in my training. So far the vest has been holding up and there hasn’t been any damages to the vest. To note, I’m 160lb and been training/exercising for about ten years. I’m pretty advanced so a heavier weight such as the 20lb vest might have been a better option for me, but I decided to keep the 15lb vest since my girlfriend also likes to use it. I could see myself upgrading to a heavier weight in the future since this vest has been effective in my workouts! Definitely recommend for people who want to increase their strength and endurance in body movement exercises.

Comfortable Wellmade Weighted Vest
Purchased the 10 lb vest for my wife who had been looking at weighted vests for sometime. Package arrived and she immediately opened it and there was no noticable factory smell. Vest was easy to adjust and the fit was very comfortable. Weighting is balanced with minimal excess material to interfere with workouts compared to other vests. Perfect addition to the exercise equipment we already own. Excellent value for the price

I really love this weighted vest. I have the 15-pound vest, which is about 10% of my bodyweight. It’s great for walking outside or on my treadmill. It also adds a little something to squats and other body weight exercises. The vest fits well and comfortably. The two clips ensure it stays in place during the normal jostling of walking. It’s easy to take on and off just like you would a vest or jacket. I also have a weighted vest that I put on over my head and this is a lot easier to take on and off.This vest had a distinct smell to it when I got it but it dissipated within a week or so.I have a ROC inflatable paddleboard that I’ve been very happy with and the brand maintains its quality products with this weighted vest. It’s a great addition to my fitness routine.

Surprisingly comfortable, and overall a great product
I decided to add a weighted vest to my walking/hiking routine. I went with the 20 lb vest (165 lb male) and have taken it on a few 3 mile walks/flat hikes. 20 lb seems perfect for flat hikes, but I’m sure it will be good for uphill as well after some training.The vest is surprisingly comfortable, in both material and fit. The straps allow you to get a snug fit, so it does not move around while you do. It does not add as much bulk as I thought it would.. I can wear a puffy over it, and you can’t even tell I’m wearing it.No complaints, and overall a great product.

I got the 20lb ROC Weighted Workout Vest. It is comfortable, secure, and very well made. The weight stays evenly distributed with no shifting, even during cardio and high-impact workouts. Great product!
I ordered the 10lb weighted vest to wear as I perform household chores, workout, hike or walk the neighborhood. I’m concerned as a 60 year old woman about maintaining my strength and protecting my bone density and this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s very comfortable and feels like very good quality materials. It fits well but has plenty of room to expand for larger frames. I appreciate the reflective tape and the mesh pocket in the back. All in all a great design. There was no smell to this when it arrived and I was able to use it immediately. Shipping was quick. I’ve purchased several other products from ROC and their customer service is top notch.
