Running girl approved!
I’ve been wearing this sports bra for runs over the past three weeks, logging about twenty miles total in it, and the compression level is exactly what I needed. I’m smaller chested, so I don’t always need maximum support, but when running, anything less than solid compression leads to discomfort. This bra locks everything down without feeling restrictive or painful. The fabric is surprisingly soft against the skin. The 75% nylon and 25% spandex blend has a smooth texture that doesn’t chafe even on longer runs. I’ve done a few six mile sessions, and there’s been no rubbing or irritation around the band or straps. The material moves with me without digging in.The micro perforated mesh actually makes a difference in breathability. I tend to overheat easily when running, and this bra keeps me noticeably cooler than my solid fabric ones. The air circulation is subtle but effective, especially across the back and sides where I usually get the sweatiest. The molded cups provide shape and coverage without adding bulk. They’re sewn in, so there’s no shifting or bunching during movement. The cups give a smooth silhouette under fitted running tops, which I appreciate since I don’t like the uniboob look some compression bras create. The band stays in place throughout my runs. No riding up or rolling, even when I’m pushing pace or doing intervals. The elastic is firm but not cutting, and it distributes pressure evenly around the ribcage. I can take a full breath without feeling constricted. The straps are wide enough to support without slipping off my shoulders. They’re adjustable, which helps me fine tune the fit. I set them once when I first got the bra and haven’t needed to readjust since.I’ve machine washed it multiple times, and it’s held up well. No pilling, fading, or loss of elasticity. I wash it with my other workout gear on a gentle cycle and hang dry to preserve the fabric. It dries quickly, usually within a few hours. The compression is strong enough that I feel fully supported during high impact activity, but I can still get the bra on and off without struggling. Some high compression bras require serious effort to remove, but this one strikes a good balance. For smaller chested runners or anyone needing reliable compression without excess padding or structure, this delivers consistent performance. The softness of the fabric and effective breathability are bonuses that make it comfortable for longer wear.

VERY comfortable, mesh interior, washes well!
I’ve said it before, I LOVE RUNNING GIRL BRAS! Never once have I felt “stuck” in a bra, all sweaty after a work out (you know what I’m talking about ladies!). I have a picture of the inside because frankly that’s my favorite aspect of this bra. I despise washing sports bras and having the liners slip out and tumble around the wash. Not on this one; they are mostly sewn in, and will not come out; the hole to remove them is VERY small if you wish to remove the liners before/after washing. I’ve washed these several times and they dry well both in the dryer or just hanging dry, even leaving the liners IN. The straps are comfortable and not adjustable on this particular bra but I’ve never felt chafing or any uncomfortable areas while doing yoga or lifting weights; which is primarily what I use these for. Highly recommend Running Girl; I love ALL of their products so far, and this is just another keeper!

Supportive and Bright White
I ordered a medium in white and it is a bright, crisp white that looks really fresh. It fits pretty well for my 34DDD frame at 120 lbs and offers good support during workouts. I do wish the pads were removable, since they show a bit through the fabric and removing them would give a little extra room. Overall, a high quality, supportive sports bra that works well for high impact activities.

Always happy to come across a new Running Girl bra, the only kind I wear anymore
I have several Running Girl bras, so I was super excited to see this pop up. The bras I have are a different style than this, but they are comfortable and supportive, and one of the few I’ve found with adjustable straps. So I ordered this and crossed my fingers. This one isn’t as supportive as the ones with the adjustable straps, but I expected that. I do think I found the right size (36D=Lg.) On this style, I don’t think the adjustable straps would be doing much. And the picture showed more of a hunter green; this is more of a dark grey with a green tint, which is good for me as the green was the only one left in stock and not my first choice. It fits, nothing is going anywhere while I’m in it, and that’s all that matters. Running Girl bras, good!

Very comfortable
This sports bra is one of my favorites. The seamless design feels smooth against the skin, and the built‑in padding is supportive, flattering, and thankfully free of those annoying removable inserts. It stays put during high‑impact workouts, offers great stretch without losing shape, and feels comfortable enough to wear all day. A perfect blend of support and simplicity.

Sports bra
This is a really good quality sports bra. I would call it medium to high impact. I ran 7 miles on the treadmill in this and did not have any excessive bouncing or pain. I also didn’t have any issues with rubbing which can be an issue when running higher mileage. It’s smooth, soft and supportive and has some pads for modesty and I feel they give extra support. I think running on trails or other non smooth terrain may be an issue with the bouncing, but running on the road, sidewalk or a treadmill it is just fine. I actually found it very comfortable and will put this bra into my regular rotation as I run on the treadmill multiple times a week and am currently training for a half marathon. Great bra!

Love the hole in the back for extra breathability
This is a really good sports bra. I ran a couple of miles in it and didn’t even think about it, which is always a great sign that it’s holding everything in place. I chose the light gray color for something different than white, and it doesn’t show through clothing or look too bright. The hole detail in the back is different from my other sports bras, and I really liked it—it seemed to add extra breathability instead of one solid area getting soaked with sweat. I already like this brand of sports bras, and this one may be my new favorite. The price is on par with similar bras, and the pads stayed in place after washing and drying.
