Optimized Adjustable Weight: The Sportneer upgraded ankle weights feature a new design with one fixed sandbag weight and four removable weights, allowing you to gradually increase the intensity according to your training needs. Each sandbag weighs 0.66 pound; each single weight can be adjusted from 0.9 to 3.5 lbs; and one pair of weights can be adjusted from 1.8 to 7 lbs by adding or reducing the sandbags.
Two Upgraded Designs: Sportneer addressed the challenge of handling small sandbags with two key upgrades. Firstly, a convenient velcro closure ensures easy access while keeping the sandbags secure during workouts. Secondly, the addition of handles allows for effortless grasping and weight adjustment. This saves time and effort, leading to a more efficient and effective workout experience.
Premium Materials: The leg weights are made with high-quality fabric for a comfortable and sweat-absorbent workout. The small sandbags inside are double-layered, preventing sand leakage and rust. The stainless steel D-ring is rust-resistant, even with sweat or water exposure. These weights have enhanced stitching and a secure magic-hook closure for durability.
Enhanced User Experience: We have taken into consideration users with larger wrist and ankle sizes, extending the length of the Velcro straps to accommodate a wider range of users. Additionally, our ankle weights have a compact design compared to other products of the same weight, making them more stable to wear and easy to carry. The use of durable and comfortable Lycra fabric prevents cracking and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Body weight resistance is great to begin with but once that hurdle was cleared I felt the need for a greater challenge and these work great for legs/core. Durable with velcro clasps for easy on/off. Simple to adjust the tightness around the calves and the weight inserts are easy to add and remove.

These are super easy to put on. The one pound weights are easy to remove with the little tab attached however it takes just a bit of shacking to replace them into the individual pockets. Overall, the ability to adjust from 1 lb to 5 lbs per leg with is a definite plus.

Versatile Weights
These are really nice. I love that you can adjust the weight from 1-5 lbs. They are comfortable and easily adjustable. I use them for walks or home workouts. Or just around the house while doing chores. I would purchase again.

this is a great product for specific workouts. it can strap pretty tight, different waits are good. The only downside is if you take one of the weights out, it’s kind of a pain to get it back in. other then that, im happy with my purchase.

Son espectaculares, el tamaño se ajusta perfecto al pie y no se mueve, antes me pedí otras de otra marca y era horrible hacer ejercicio con ellas se movían mucho. En cambio estas son estables y ajustas el peso q quieres

Ich habe die Manschetten für mein Aquatraining gekauft. Je nach Tagesform kann ich die Gewichte variieren. Sie sind leicht anzulegen, müssen im Wasser allerdings nachgezogen werden, da sie sich lockern, finde ich aber nicht schlimm. Zu empfehlen.
